What this site is for

We provide practice information and a short form so prospective clients can request a call or appointment. Clinical intake, treatment records, and protected health information (PHI) are handled separately through secure systems after we connect — not through this website.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use advertising cookies, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, session-replay tools, or similar third-party behavioral trackers on this site. We designed the site to be cookieless for marketing purposes.

If Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled on the contact form, it may set a strictly necessary technical cookie or token used only to reduce spam and bots — not for advertising. Fonts and images are served from this site (or our host) so your browser is not sent to Google Fonts or other typography CDNs by us.

Information you submit

If you use the general contact form, we collect your name, email, optional phone number, preferred contact method, inquiry type (general, hiring, or other), and a short message. That form is not for clinical scheduling — use Schedule for consultations or therapy requests. Please do not include medical history, diagnoses, symptoms, medications, or other health details. Messages that appear to contain clinical content may be deleted without a clinical response.

Form submissions are stored in a database we control (Supabase) so we can respond to appointment requests. Access is limited to practice administration. We intend to delete or archive routine inquiries within 90 days after they are handled, unless a longer period is needed for legitimate business or legal reasons.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share form submissions with advertising platforms.

Service providers

We use infrastructure providers such as Cloudflare (hosting and optional bot protection) and Supabase (database for contact requests). They process data only to provide those services. This marketing site’s contact storage is for appointment logistics; it is not a substitute for a HIPAA-ready electronic health record. If you need to share PHI, we will direct you to an appropriate secure channel.

When online scheduling is enabled, appointment requests are completed inSimplePractice (Client Portal), which is separate from this marketing website. Prefer following SimplePractice’s portal rather than submitting health details on this site’s contact form.

Children

This site is intended for adults seeking information about therapy services for themselves or their families. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this form.

Do not use this website for emergencies. Call or text 988, or dial 911.
